Lu Wen-teh of Chinese Taipei became the first non-mainlander to win an Omega China Tour event. He won the Kunming Championship. He is a 45 yr old golfer. Ye Jiangfeng was the runner up. Lui Wen-teh is an excellent golf player. He is the best in Chinese Taipei.
