Chelsea's excellent form in the run-in has taken the title race to the final day of the season. Avram Grant's team are at home to Bolton, and should win against a side virtually certain of playing top-flight football.
The destiny of the title is in Manchester United's hands though. A win at Wigan guarantees them the glory unless Chelsea rack up a cricket score at Stamford Bridge, while a draw would be enough if the Blues fail to beat Bolton.
