MotoGP world championship leader Jorge Lorenzo may miss Sunday's China Grand Prix after fracturing his ankle in a crash in practice on Friday morning. Lorenzo was thrown off his 800cc machine after losing control at a chicane. He took the impact of the fall on his forearms but suffered no injuries to his upper body. Lorenzo is level with compatriot Dani Pedrosa on 61 points after three races.
